This Shipping Policy outlines delivery options, shipping rates and timeframes for products purchased from 100%K9. We ship all orders within New Zealand and are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship our products throughout New Zealand, with delivery times varying based on your location. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Auckland Delivery
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days
- Auckland CBD and surrounding suburbs: Next business day delivery available
- North Shore, West Auckland, South Auckland, East Auckland: 1-2 business days
Rest of New Zealand
- North Island (outside Auckland): 2-3 business days
- South Island: 3-5 business days
- Rural areas: May require an additional 1-2 business days
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $100 NZD: FREE standard shipping nationwide
- Orders under $100 NZD: $10 NZD flat rate shipping
- Express shipping: $15 NZD (1-2 business days to most locations)
- Rural delivery surcharge: Additional $5 NZD may apply
Order Processing Times
- Standard orders: Processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed before 2pm: Usually dispatched same business day
- Weekend orders: Processed on the next business day (Monday)
- Public holidays: Orders processed on the next business day
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Christmas or major sales events.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- An email confirmation with your tracking number
- A direct link to track your parcel online
- SMS notifications for delivery updates (if mobile number provided)
- Estimated delivery date based on your location
You can track your order at any time by logging into your account or using the tracking link in your dispatch email.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally items may be damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost:
- Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days
- Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
- Partial damage: For orders with multiple items, we can replace only the affected items
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within New Zealand. We do not currently offer international shipping to Australia or other countries. If you are located outside New Zealand and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss potential options.
Delivery Instructions
You can add special delivery instructions at checkout:
- Preferred delivery location (front door, side gate, reception, etc.)
- Authority to leave if not home
- Access codes or building instructions
- Alternative contact number for the courier
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot deliver your package:
- A card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection
- The package will be held at a local depot for up to 7 days
- After 7 days, the package will be returned to us
- Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges
